- I finished one of the courses and it said “congratulations 75%?” – I then went to print my certificate and it had 50% grade on it – I tried a few times, but it did not change – what is the problem?
- I wanted to click false for an answer and true was the only one it would allow me to do – what do I do?
- The submit button is not working once I enter my answer
- I click on an answer to a question, but it doesn’t capture my answer. Is this going to impact my overall completion of the program – I want to pass.
- My certificate didn’t print, was it because my overall score was too low on that course? I got lower than 70…
- I scored really low on some of my courses, so I want to take them over, is that ok?
